Corrective Action: Raise the shelf sitting on the floor to make it easier to clean underneath.

Corrective Action: Make sure temperature is recorded daily.
302   One staff has Foodsafe in Operators absence (Sec 10 (2))
Observation: The only staff working in the store at the time of this inspection does not have foodsafe training.
Corrective Action: Provide minimum one foodsafe certified staff in each shift.

Routine inspection.
In compliance items:
- Refrigeration temperatures are 4 degree Celsius or below.
- Thermometers available in the cooking units.
- Temperature of pizza in the holding unit is > 60 degree Celsius.
- Soap and paper towel available on the hand washing sink.
-No signs of any pest infestation.
- Food storage practices in the walk in cooler appear to be satisfactory.
- Food service permit posted. Please update the validity decal.
- As per information provided by the staff, all food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed and then sanitized in bleach sanitizer.
- Soap and paper towel available in the washroom.
- Bleach sanitizer available in the facility.
