Routine inspection.
In compliance items:
- Upright fridge is running below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezer running at less than -18 degree Celsius.
- Temperature log being maintained.
- Low temperature dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine.
- Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- No signs of any pest infestation.
- 200 ppm quat sanitizer available in the spray bottles.
- General maintenance is satisfactory.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
Note: At the time of this inspection all 3 line coolers were unplugged and as per information provided by the operator, these line coolers are not regularly used.
