| 802 | Critical Repeat Premises are free of pests (Sec 26(a) Observation: Rodent dropping observed in the storage area downstairs. The previously identified entry points for the rodents have now been plugged but it is not clear whether or not the premises is rodent free. Corrective Action: Clean all the rodent dropping in the storage area and remove any unnecessary junk from the room as soon as possible. Consult your pest control professional and keep his/her inspection reports on the premises for the EHO to see.  |
Comments:
Follow up inspection to verify the implementation of pest exclusion and control measures for the storage area.
The storage room shutter has now been repaired to prevent entry of the rodents. However, the storage area still has some rodent droppings. The storage area is also cluttered with the unnecessary items . The operator is advised to remove any items not required for the food service operation and clean all the rodent droppings.
A follow up inspection will be conducted in one month.
