Observation: There was evidence of a rodent infestation. Droppings were seen in the storage areas.
Corrective Action: A copy of a recent pest control service report must be provided as soon as possible.
105  Critical Repeat Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
Observation: The top inserts in the main kitchen measured from 8-19 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: All high hazard foods in the inserts must be discarded immediately (done). The inserts may be used for low hazards foods. Inserts must be placed in the main cooler or the under counter coolers overnight. Refrigeration equipment will be replaced within a month's time.

Comments:
