Comments:
This facility had a thorough cleaning a couple weeks prior to inspection. All areas were found to be immaculate and well-organized. Hand soap and spray sanitizing solution is available behind the bar. Napkins are currently used for drying hands, operator agreed to install a paper towel dispenser behind the bar. Glass washer is serviced regularly and had sanitizing solution. No signs of pests.
Outstanding items from previous report: Shelves in the cooler - all surfaces must be smooth, non-porous and easily cleaned. Operator has agreed to address this item and will contact the health department when ready for re-inspection.
