Comments:
A follow-up inspection was conducted to review cleaning since last inspection report dated August 23, 2011. Floors and walls are noticeably cleaner in most areas. More work is needed on kitchen shelves, under equipment, for cooler door handles etc.
Date labels for the food containers have been purchased but are not in use yet.
Another inspection is scheduled in 3 days to verify the following:
1. Date labels for foods in walk-in cooler.
2. All foods off the floor.
3. Cleaning improved in areas discussed.
4. Temperature logs up-to-date.
