Comments:

No concerns identified at the time of this inspection. Generally a well maintained facility. All the temperatures are meeting health requirements. The dishwasher is sanitizing at >82 Degree Celsius at the manifold. The operator needs to start maintaining rinse temperature logs for the dishwasher. The wiping clothes are being stored in a sanitizer solution. Three employees currently have food safe level 1 training.
