Comments:
Follow up inspection. Discussed the results of this inspection with the bar staff Fred.
- The mechanical glass washer is now providing more than 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse cycle.
- A single use paper towel roll has been provided by the hand washing station.
- The counter space around the pop nozzles is relatively cleaner.
The bar staff reminded of not storing any drink containers inside the ice cubes in the ice sink.
