Comments:

Items Corrected from Report dated September 15, 2010:
1. Rolls now have time stickers indicating when they were made. Make sure that all staff are trained to monitor times and discard anything after 2 hours has passed.
2. Cardboard boxes used to store cloths have been replaced with plastic milk crates. Ensure these crates are washed periodically.
3. All food storage was acceptable.

Outstanding Items:
1. Paper towel dispenser is still required at back sink.
2. Wall next to back sink is still black and cannot be easily cleaned. A stainless steel panel should be installed here as this area is exposed to a lot of moisture and will continue to grow mildew if not addressed.
3. The caulking around the sinks needs to be replaced.
4. The shelf under the coffee maker needs to be painted so it is non-porous and can be easily cleaned.
