Comments:

The following items corrected from the July 26th routine inspection report
1. The line cooler is at <4 degree Celsius.
2. A pest control professional has been hired to treat the cracks and crevices for the purpose of controlling the grain beetle.

Following items still outstanding:
1. Temperature records are not being maintained.
2. A container with the tight fitting lid has not been provided to store flour- Taget completion date 16 August 2010.
3. The floor on the walk in cooler and the shelf in the dough rolling area needs to be provided with a smooth, non- porous and easily cleanable finish 31 August 2010. .
