- Temperature logs are being maintained.
- Mechanical dishwasher providing > 71 degree Celsius on the dishes.
-The bar glass washer is well maintained and proving > 12.5 ppm iodine in the sanitizing cycle.
- Quat sanitizer (>200 ppm) available to sanitize the food contact surfaces.
- Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
-Food storage practices are satisfactory.
