Observation: Vegetables are being stored underneath the raw meat on the line cooler drawer.
Corrective Action: This violation corrected at the time of this inspection. Please ensure that the raw meats/seafood is being stored in the lowermost drawer.
105  Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
Observation: The line cooler inserts are overfilled. The internal temperature of the food in the inserts was measured at 12 Degree Celsius at the time of this inspection.
Corrective Action: Please ensure that the line cooler inserts are kept less then 1/2 filled and the internal temperature of the food is monitored in these inserts. The temperature in the line cooler drawer closest to the grill must be monitored because of its proximity to the grill.
105  Critical Inadequate Cooling & Refrigerated Storage of Potentially Hazardous Food(s)
Observation: Some potentially hazardous food are being stored in the ice bath. The inserts are overfilled and the internal temperature of the food is more than 4 degree Celsius.
Corrective Action: All the perishable foods being stored in the ice must be discarded after 2 hours if not used.
108  Critical Improper Cleaning, Sanitizing of Equipment and Utensils
Observation: The dishwasher is not providing any detectable sanitizer in the rinse cycle. The sanitizer container is empty.
Corrective Action: The violation was corrected at the time of this inspection by replacing the sanitizer bucket.

Observation: The glass washer is not providing any detectable sanitizer in the rinse cycle.
Corrective Action: The glass washer needs to be repaired to get >50 ppm sanitizer in the rinse cycle. Do not use the glass washer until it is repaired.
110   Food Not Protected - General
Observation: The ice scoop is being stored inside the ice in the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Please store the ice scoop in a clean container.
