Observation: Some evidence of rodents noted next to the laundry area, away from food.
Corrective Action: Ensure that pest control monitoring is conducted in this area.

Observation: Pop lines above the walk in cooler downstairs requires cleaning.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the cleaning is now completed and regular cleaning of this area is completed as necessary.

Observation: While all protective temperatures meet regulator requirements at time of inspection, temperature records for hot holding show 60C for all values, suggesting the temperatures are not taken correctly.
Corrective Action: Ensure all staff are aware of proper temperature monitoring procedures. When temperatures are of a concern if taking temperatures with an infrared thermometer, use a probe thermometer for an accurate measurement of the internal food temperature.


All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Premises generally well maintained. Christines not operating at time of inspection. Downstairs dry storage area is properly protected from pests except in the laundry area where noted.
