Corrective Action: Please maintain daily Sanitation log for sanitizer concentration for dishwasher. Maintain at 100ppm chlorine (test strips left with operator). Sanitation log should be available for review by Environmental Health Officer, during inspections.

- Good signage posted around kitchen re safe food handling tips.
- Vegetable prep sink sanitized between uses = good.
- Daily temperature log maintained for all coolers and hot-holding units = good.
- Most staff Foodsafe trained.
- Facility clean and well organized.
