Observation: There were no clean dry hand towels or liquid soap provided at the hand wash station.
Corrective Action: A fully replenished hand wash station should be maintained at all times.

Observation: It appeared fittings containing copper were provided and used on the CO2 water/pop lines.
Corrective Action: This should be investigated and corrected to ensure there is not a cross connection from the CO2 lines and the building water supply.

Observation: It appeared that protection was not provided from risk of cross connection to the building potable water supply from the ice making machine.
Corrective Action: This should be investigated and cross connection provided as necessary.

Corrective Action: These should now and routinely be thoroughly cleaned.

Corrective Action: This should now be repaired.

Comments:

There should be a 3m distance between opening doors, windows and air intake vents and those persons wishing to smoke. A fixed cover is missing from the front of the glass washer exposing staff and others to risk of injury from entanglement with the electrical motor and pulley belt.
