Observation: There is no method to verify turnover of unrefrigerated product is occurring within 2 hours.
Corrective Action: Implement a system to verify that food on the line is turned over within 2 hours or discarded. Timers were put in place at time of inspection.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Pooling water in sandwich cooler.
Corrective Action: Repair the sandwich cooler to ensure that pooling water does not occur.
