Comments:

Initial inspection conducted this date.

Premises is clean and well maintained. Meals are prepared to order, no hot holding is used on site. A portable hand sink is provided in the kitchen to facilitate handwashing. The low temp chemical dishwasher reaches required concentration of chlorine. Appropriate cleaning chemicals are provided on site. Two line coolers on site were not operational at time of inspection. Adequate commercial ventilation is provided on site. Premises is adequately sealed to prevent pest entry.

The following items must be addressed prior to next inspection:

-Provide a paper towel dispenser for the handsink.
-Some cleaning is required in the area above the vent hood (use a degreaser)
-Seal the small gap between the vent hood exhaust duct and the wall.

A permit to operate will be issued for the food premises subject to sewage and water approvals.
