Comments:
Follow up inspection. Operator Kike and pest control professional Bob Inglis available in the facility at the time of this inspection.
The following rodent control measures have been implemented:
- All the rodent dropping in the storage areas has been cleaned.
- At the time of this inspection, the pest control professional was working on plugging the holes into the facility for pest exclusionary measures.
- Additional traps to be provided in the storage room and in the kitchen. The pest control professional will increase the monitoring frequency for the coming weeks.
The following items still needs attention or ongoing attention;
- The broken ceiling tiles needs to be replaced.
- All the dry storage goods need to be stored in pest proof containers.
- The operator to keep using 100 ppm bleach to sanitize all food contact surfaces at the opening time.
- Increase frequency of cleaning in hard to reach areas.
A follow up inspection required.
