Observation: All potentially hazardous foods are not stored under refrigeration (4ºC / 40ºF or less ).
Corrective Action: 2 refrigeration units do not maintain foods below 4 degrees C. One unit is to be replaced immediately with new; second unit will be used to store non high hazard foods only until unit is repaired and operating at the correct temperature.

Comments:

This inspection was a follow up to that dated 11/01/05.The main dishwasher is being serviced; banquet kitchen dishwasher will be used until main is repaired.
