Comments:
This facility was found to be clean and well maintained at the time of inspection. Food Safe training is provided inhouse on a regular basis. The Food Safety Plan will be undertaken on a corporate level.
Breakfast buffets served daily. Evening buffets served twice a week. All food items are kept on ice and/or refrigerated surfaces (hot foods in chafing dishes) and replaced every 2 hours. No foods are kept for the next day.
Kitchen area for Wildflower will be renovated this fall.
