Observation: Fruit flies still noted in the premises although management has made somewhat successful efforts to resovle the problem.
Corrective Action: A new dishwasher has been provided that does not leak so that any potential breeding sites have been eliminated. Continue with enhanced cleaning procedures and drain treatments. Reinspection to be conducted in 2 weeks to verify that the issue will be resolved as a result of the pest control measures. A fly light has been provided as well.
