Observation: Free chlorine levels were measured to be above 10 ppm. The operator mentioned that the issue might arise from failing to turn off the chlorine injection pump.
Corrective Action: Operator to drain the hot tub and refill with fresh city water. Once the chemistry of the water is balanced, operator to send a picture of test results to the environmental health officer.
