Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.
Code | Description / Observation / Corrective Action |
403 | Critical Water too cloudy Observation: Pool was milky looking when inspectors arrived and it was very difficult to see the main drain. Corrective Action: This is a potential hazard because you may not be able to see people/things at the bottom of the pool. In addition, it may indicate that pool chemicals are not functioning properly. *Pool was shocked during the inspection and the operator voluntarily closed the pool to the public. |
421 | Other (specify below) Observation: There is currently a cap "sitting" on the equalizer line hole but the top of the skimmer is currently not bolted down and may allow patrons to access the hole, thereby creating a suction entrapment hazard. Corrective Action: Ensure skimmer lid is bolted down immediately to avoid possible tampering with they area. *Corrected during the inspection. Operators must take a pool safe course as soon as possible as they do not seem to be knowledgeable about the workings of the pool. |
