Observation: pH is 8.0
Corrective Action: Adjust and maintain the pH below 7.8. Preferred range
408  Critical Lack of required safety equipment
Observation: The life ring line is knotted and short.
Corrective Action: Ensure the line is always free of knots and tangles and long enough to throw across the pool.
414   Lack of automatic disinfection equipment
Observation: The automatic chlorine injector is not being used. Staff broadcast chlorine as the TAC/FAC dips.
Corrective Action: Repair the automatic injection system. Close the pool until it is repaired. Do not open until consulting with the EHO.
415   Inadequate water turnover rate
Observation: The circulation pump is shut-off and when turned on did not circulate the water.
Corrective Action: Never turn the circulation pump off except for repairs and maintenance.
