101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Operator refilled hot tub with make-up water to reduce the concentration of FAC and total chlorine. Hot tub must be rebalanced before it can be re-opened.
Corrective Action: Rebalance hot tub chemistry to ensure FAC is at least 1.5 ppm, combined chlorine is less than 1.00 ppm, pH is between 7.2 - 7.8 and total alkalinity is between 80- 120 ppm.
203   Inadequate or Lack of up-to-date Pool Safety Plan
Observation: A complete and updated Pool Safety Plan was not available on-site.
Corrective Action: Submit a completed PSP to the Environmental Health Officer for review by the end of next week.
