Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Free chlorine is between 4 to 5ppm. The ideal range is 1 to 3ppm tested every four hours. Because chlorine is not added automatically and it is added once in the morning, the level is going to change throughout the day. The log indicates chlorine is checked around 8:30 a.m. and not again later in the day. It is impossible to know what the level is or if there is any chlorine disinfectant present in the pool by the closing time at 10:00 p.m.
Corrective Action: This facility needs to change to an automatic chlorine injection system so you can control chlorine concentration throughout the day. If chlorine levels are too high, it is a skin, eye, respiratory irritant. If the levels are too low, fecal coliforms and other microbiological pathogens will grow in the pool. - Start checking and recording chlorine concentration throughout the day. Because chlorine is not added automatically throughout the day, I would like you to check levels every four hours.
203   Inadequate or Lack of up-to-date Pool Safety Plan
Observation: Pool Safety Plan
Corrective Action: Please complete a Pool Safety Plan. I have provided the information to this facility multiple times.
304   Improper Cleanliness and/or Hygiene
Observation: The pool skimmer hair and lint baskets are dirty, the one at the deep end is the worst with hair and other debris.
Corrective Action: Please clean these more often.
