| 101 | Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity Observation: Pool water was cloudy during the inspection. Corrective Action: Pool is to remain close until the pool water is clear and all chemical parameters are within the guidelines. |
| 102 | Improper Microbiological Pool Water Quality Observation: Microbiologically pool tests have not been submitted since March of 2020. Corrective Action: A microbiologically pool test with absent results is required before the pool reopens |
| 201 | Operating without a Permit Observation: Pool operators permit expired March 2020. Pool is operating without a valid permit. Corrective Action: The expired pool permit was removed during the inspection. A permit will be granted after all infractions are corrected, and permit fee is paid. |
| 203 | Inadequate or Lack of up-to-date Pool Safety Plan Observation: The pool operator did not locate a Pool Safety Plan during the inspection. Corrective Action: A pool safety plan is to be completed and submitted to Northern Health for review prior to operating. |

Safety check is not adequate, as floatation device rope was not attached. Corrective Action: Routine chemical parameters checks, twice daily, and safety checks are required. |
