Observation: FAC measured 0 ppm at the time of inspection. This was corrected at the time of inspection to 2.5 ppm.
Corrective Action: Please ensure chlorine levels are maintained at a minimum of 1.5 ppm, ideally between 1-3ppm.
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: pH measured over 8 at the time of inspection. This was corrected to 7.6 at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Please ensure the pH is maintained between 7.2-7.4.
104   Improper Turnover of Flow Rate
Observation: Flow metre was observed to be inoperable at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Repair or replace as needed to ensure flow metre is able to correctly display the flow.

Observation: Chemical containers are being re-used to store different chemicals (and was observed to be stored in chlorine containers).
Corrective Action: Discontinue this practice immediately. Mixing of chemicals can result in formation of toxic fumes or fires.
