| 302 | Inadequate or Lack of Lifesaving/Safety Equipment Observation: Rope attached to the throwing ring was not long enough (requirement is half of the width of the pool +3m) Corrective Action: Attach a longer rope to the throwing ring. The rope must be at least 6mm in diameter. |
| 401 | Note Violation Observation: Water level was observed at above 50% of the skimmer. Almost the entire skimmer was submerged under water. This leads to improper skimming action and will leave debris on the water surface over time. Corrective Action: Lower the water level to half way above the skimmer. |
