Alkalinity is a measure of carbonate and bicarbonate in the water which help the pool water resist rapid changes in pH. Corrective Action: Operator to balance the pool water alkalinity and closely monitor the pool chemistry to ensure the chemical parameters are maintaind as per regulations. |
