Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Free Available Chlorine (FAC) tested at 0.06 ppm. pH tested at greater than 8.40 ppm.
Corrective Action: FAC must be at least 1.5 ppm or greater for hot tubs at temperatures higher than 30 degrees Celsius to ensure proper disinfection. The hot tub temperature was measured at 39.6 C at time of inspection. pH must be maintained between 7.2 and 7.8 at all times. Close hot tub and re-balance the water chemistry. FAC: >1.5 ppm, Combined chlorine: <1 ppm, pH: 7.2 - 7.8 and Total Alkalinity: 80 - 120 ppm.
