Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: All 3 main drains are not visible at all angles of the pool deck. When standing at the handrails by the hot tub or standing by the telephone, only one main drain is visible (the drain that is closest to the exit doors).
Corrective Action: This could be from the sun's glare/rays. Consider installing curtains/blinds/drapes or tinting windows to reduce the amount of sunshine/glare coming in. Correct immediately.
206   Inadequate or Lack of Posted Rules and/orSignage
Observation: The following pool rule is not located in a prominent location: - Entering the pool with an illness (diarrhea) is prohibited. Refer to section 8(1) and (2) of the Pool Regulation for a detailed list of rules.
Corrective Action: The rules posted in change rooms can be copies and posted at either entrance or walls of the pool deck. This is to ensure that bathers that are not using the changerooms are aware of the rules.
302   Inadequate or Lack of Lifesaving/Safety Equipment
Observation: The length of the line attached to the throwing ring is not adequate.
Corrective Action: Ensure that the throwing ring is securely attached to a line having a length of at least half the width of the pool plus another 3 meters. Due to the shape of the pool basin, use the longest side of the pool to determine what the length of the line should be.
305   Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: Chipped paint on pool basin floor (at the entrance steps) and pool basin floor is visibly dirty near the slide end.
Corrective Action: Repaint floors and clean floors so that all paint is intact and no concrete is visible. Pool basin floor should also be visibly clean and free of dirt.
306   Improper Handrails, Ladders, and/or Diving Boards
Observation: Handrail located between slide and hot area is not secure.
Corrective Action: Secure handrails as soon as possible.
