Observation: Pool rules posted are not as stated in the Pool Regulation. They are missing more information.
Corrective Action: Operator to update pool rules to reflect what is stated in the Pool Regulation.
401   Note Violation
Observation: Imporper information on emergency telephone. The only contact information on the phone is how to reach the front desk. Also phone is not marked conspicuously with a sign.
Corrective Action: Operator to ensure the phone numbers of the nearest hospital, ambulance service, police department and fire departments are displayed near the phone as stated in the Pool Regulation.
401   Note Violation
Observation: One of the pumps are leaking. Also, the sand filter's pressure guage is not working. The pressure guage is important in reading pressure differential which helps guide operators on when to backwash the filters.
Corrective Action: Operator to repair leak as soon as possible and ensure all equipment are kept in good repair so that no health hazard exits.
401   Note Violation
Observation: Pool of water observed on the floor in mechanical and storage rooms due to a pump leak. This could become a hazard in case there is a chemical spill which could cause an explosion.
Corrective Action: Operator to ensure pumps are repaired as soon as possible whenever there is a leak. Mechanical and storage room floors should be maintained dry at all times.
