Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Total alkalinity at 43 ppm. Low levels of total alkalinity can lead to pH fluctuations in the pool. High levels of TA can make impossible to adjust the pH level when needed - "locking it".
Corrective Action: Ensure total alkalinity is between 80-120 ppm to avoid pH fluctuations and pH lock.
101  Critical Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: pH measured at 8.01 and exceeds regulation range of 7.2 to 7.8 when tested at the deep end of the pool. The pH was at 7.4 when sampled at the monitoring station.
Corrective Action: Low alkalinity can lead to pH fluctuation in the pool. Ensure the total alkalinity and pH in the pool is balanced.
