Observation: Pool water is green, clarity is poor. This can be indicative of algae or bacterial grown.
Corrective Action: Operator to shock pool, drain, refill, and rebalance ASAP. Hot tub is to stay closed until this is done.
104   Improper Turnover of Flow Rate
Observation: No flow meter available. Cannot monitor flow rate.
Corrective Action: Ensure a flow meter is added to both recirculation systems.
302   Inadequate or Lack of Lifesaving/Safety Equipment
Observation: No clock available in room.
Corrective Action: To be corrected ASAP.
304   Improper Cleanliness and/or Hygiene
Observation: Water temperature for shower remaints too hot (greater than 40°C) to shower unless allowed to run for at least 1 minute.
Corrective Action: Ensure signage is up to advise shower users to ensure showering is done prior to hot tub use.

Corrective Action: Different chemicals should be stored separately. Ensure only unstabilized chlorine is being used as a disinfectant. Discard disinfectants no longer in use.
