Observation: FAC measured 0ppm at the time of inspection. This was corrected to 2.5ppm at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Ensure the chlorine concentration is maintained between 3 and 5 ppm at all times.

Corrective Action: Discontinue this practice immediately. Mixing of chemicals can results in toxic fumes or fires.
