101 | Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity Observation: Total Alkalinity measured at 60 ppm. pH was found to be 7.3 -- while the pH is controlled by automated system, this can potentially lead to pH falling outside of the legislated range of 7.2 to 7.8 which may result in irritation to bathers. Operator was aware of the significance of Total Alkalinity Corrective Action: Operator immediately began to rebalance the hot tub and logging the addition of chemical. Will not reopen hot tub until chemistry is balanced - thank you. Please ensure Total Alkalinity remains between 80 ppm - 120 ppm and if it falls outside of this range you will be required to remediate this immediately. |
