Observation: The automatic chlorine injection equipment is not being used. Instead chlorine is manually added to the pool.
Corrective Action: Begin using the chlorine injection equipment before re-opening. Ensure the chlorine added is not stabilized with cyanuric acid. If you decide to use a different injection system, submit the plans for approval before purchasing any new equipment.
417   Inadequate maintenance of pool equipment
Observation: The base of the deep ladder is broken and could be a safety hazard for feet.
Corrective Action: Replace the rung as soon as possible.
420   Inadequate daily maintenance records
Observation: Logs are up-to-date, but logged problems are not responded to.
Corrective Action: Deal with problems as they arise and record how.
