203   Inadequate or Lack of up-to-date Pool Safety Plan
Observation: Pool safety plan is available but not updated. Pool safety plan must be updated annually and be kept on site in case of emergencies.
Corrective Action: Operator to update pool safety plan to ensure it is up to date.
205   Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests
Observation: Some reagent for the test kit is expired. Expire reagents may not be able to provide results that accurately reflect pool chemistry. Proper pool chemistry needs to be maintained to eliminate harmful microorganisms.
Corrective Action: Operator to replace expire reagent.
208   Improper Maintenance of Records
Observation: Operator is required to check Total chlorine, Free Chlorine, Combine Chlorine and pH at least twice daily. This ensures that there is sufficient disinfecting activity inside the pool to remove harmful microorganisms that can cause illnesses.
Corrective Action: Operator to check total chlorine, free chlorine, combine chlorine and pH twice daily.
303   Improper Condition Causing Suction or Entrapment Hazard
Observation: A hole was left in the wall of the pool at the deep end after the removal of an underwater light. The hole with the pool can result in entrapment or slipping hazard to swimmers that can result in injury.
Corrective Action: Operator to cover underwater hole in the wall.
