Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: Combine chlorine and total alkalinity does not meet legislation requirements. Combine chlorine needs to be less than 1 ppm and total alkalinity should be between 80 ppm to 120 ppm. Improper chemical levels lead to skin/eye irritation and harmful microbial growth in water.
Corrective Action: Operator to adjust pool chemistry. Reduce combine chlorine to less than 1 ppm and increase alkalinity to 80 to 120 ppm.
203   Inadequate or Lack of up-to-date Pool Safety Plan
Observation: Operator pool safety plan lacks procedure to handle fecal incidents in pool water. Fecal incident can result in contamination of pool water with pathogenic bacteria, proper disinfection is required to eliminate these bacteria.
Corrective Action: Operator to update pool safety plan to include protocol for handling fecal incidents.
