Corrective Action: Refer to section 10 of pool regulation BC and schedule 3 - disinfectants. FAC, CAC and PH were unsatisfactory.

Observation: Ensure pool re-circulation system is operating at designed flow rate 39.25 I.gpm. Actual flow rate detected was .54 I.gpm. Actual flow rate exceeding design flow rate may pose a suction hazard.
Corrective Action: There as no suction hazard based on on calculation of water velocity passing through maindrain.
