Observation: pH measured 7.94.
Corrective Action: Adjust chemical parameters so that pH is maintained between 7.2 to 7.8.
305   Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: REPEAT: Missing weir in the one skimmer.
Corrective Action: Ensure a properly functioning weir is installed for the skimmer to allow for proper skimming action.
401  Critical Note Violation
Observation: Information from the 1980 Pool Data Sheet (PDS) did not reflect current design of the hot tub. Two main drains with VGB-compliant covers were observed while the PDS stated one drain. The velocity going through the main drain could not be accurately calculated due to the lack of pertinent information from the PDS.
Corrective Action: Please verify the free size opening of the drains and ensure velocity is less than 1.5ft/sec.
