Observation: Waterslide: Bolts on the slide represent an injury risk to children. All hard points should be covered. The area under the slide where it meets the pool area deck is an entrapment hazard. The Public Health Engineer needs to be consulted to mitigate this hazard. Without lifeguards present, there may be an injury risk to those using the slide and there int he "slide entry area". Warning signs and a separation float line may be necessary.

Observation: Pool: Recommend black marker line around pool edge where stairs enter the pool to increase visibility of drop. No diving signs need to be posted in high visibility areas, such as on walls & walkways;
