Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101   Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The chemical testing for the hot tub was performed, a total of 3 samples were taken. Two tests were performed from the water collected at Ecolab automated water chemistry system. One test was performed from the hot tub water taken at the right front corner. All the three samples revealed an average of high combine chlorine (greater then 3.73 PPM) and pH levels (7.91)
Corrective Action: Combined chlorine must be maintained at or below 1 PPM. High levels of combined chlorine may lead to objectionable odours, irritation of eyes and lungs of hot tub patrons. High combine chlorine can also lead to cloudy water and corrosion to surfaces and equipment. In order to rectify the high combined chlorine issue super chlorinate the hot tub by raising the level of chlorine to 10 times the combined chlorine level. pH must be maintained at 7.2 -7.8 with a goal of achieving 7.4. No public should be allowed into the hot tub enclosure until the hot tub water chemistry is rebalanced.
204   Inadequate Operator Training
Observation: When the operator was asked about the normal range of key chemical parameters of the hot tub water, the operator failed to explain. The operator did not take corrective actions when the combined chlorine levels were at 2.5 PPM as per the hot tub log sheets
Corrective Action: Operator to take "Pool operation course.
