205 | Improper Monitoring of Chemical Paramaters or Safety Tests Observation: Free available chlorine (FAC), combined chlorine (CC) parameters and pH are only recorded once daily. (alkalinity is being recorded daily as shown in records – good). Corrective Action: Frequent monitoring of chemical parameters help ensure that water chemistry is balanced. This also helps identify chemistry issues at an early stage so corrective action can occur in a timely manner. Please test and record FAC, CC and pH parameters twice daily. Operator tested chemistry with her test kit during inspection and chemistry is in compliance. This can be considered as second testing of the day. |
