Violations:
A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

Code   Description / Observation / Corrective Action
101  Critical Repeat Improper Water Chemistry/Water Clarity
Observation: The chemical testing of the pool water was performed, a total of 3 water samples were taken. Two tests were performed from the water collected at Ecolab automated water chemistry system. One test was performed from the pool water taken at the left back corner. All the three samples revealed higher than normal pH values (8.03) is above the range. It was also observed that some of the chemicals in the testing kit were past the best before date.
Corrective Action: Normal pH range for the pool water is 7.2 -7.8 and when the pH is above 7.8 it decreases the effectiveness of chlorine as a disinfectant and may cause eye and skin irritation to the patrons. The operator was told to close the pool until the following concerns are addressed: The operator must take a pool operation course The operator must replace the expired testing chemicals to the new ones The operator must contact Ecolab's and get the equipment recalcitrated and to provide the documentation The operator must ensure the water quality of the pool and hot tub as per the regulations. No public should be allowed into the pool enclosure until the pool water chemistry is rebalanced.
204  Critical Inadequate Operator Training
Observation: When the operator was asked about the normal range of key chemical parameters of the pool water, the operator failed to explain. The operator did not take corrective actions when the combined chlorine levels were at 2.5 PPM as per the pool log sheets
Corrective Action: Operator to take "Pool operation course."
