401  Critical Inadequate concentration of disinfectant
Observation: TAC & FAC was negligible.
Corrective Action: After staff broadcasted the chlorine is was >3.5ppm.
402  Critical Repeat Inadequate pH controls
Observation: pH not adequate
Corrective Action: After broadcasting, the pH was 8.1ppm. Staff used pH down to make the pool water 7.6ppm.
414   Lack of automatic disinfection equipment
Observation: Non-stabilized chlorine is now being used but is being broadcast in the morning rather than automatically injected.
Corrective Action: Provide a chlorine product that can be automatically injected.
415   Inadequate water turnover rate
Observation: Pool circulation pump is turned off at night.
Corrective Action: Keep the circulation pump all the time to maintain chlorination levels in the pool.
