Observation: An emergency telephone for use by pool patrons is not available.
Corrective Action: Provide a telephone that complies with Pool Regulation Section 14,"An operator of a public pool must ensure that: a telephone for use in an emergency is accessible without charge to pool patrons; the location of the telephone is marked conspicuously with a sign; and, telephone numbers of the nearest hospital, ambulance service, police department and fire department are displayed near the telephone.
305   Improper Maintenance of Pool Surface, Walkways, Floors and/or Construction
Observation: A 3-way valve in the heating line is leaking water onto the floor.
Corrective Action: Install replacement parts which have been ordered, as soon as possible.

Observation: The flow of water from the water fountains in the deck area is too great. As a result, water is spilling onto the deck.
Corrective Action: Reduce flow so that water does get spilled onto the deck.

Observation: The temperature of hot water provided at taps is 56 degrees C.
Corrective Action: Reduce the temperature to 49 degrees C or less.
