Observation: Observed clearly broken cap on main drain at bottom of hot tub -- Middle portion of cover had been damaged. Broken covers result in a suction/entrapment hazard and must be corrected immediately.
Corrective Action: Operator voluntarily closed hot tub and posted signage indicating hot tub is shut down. Door was locked at time of inspection. Operator is to install a new cover of the same make/model. Afterwards, this is to be reviewed and accepted by a Health Officer prior to opening it to the public.
