401  Critical Inadequate concentration of disinfectant
Observation: Free Available Chlorine (FAC) too low, Combined Available Chlorine (CAC) too high. CAC should be less than 1/2 total available chlorine (TAC). Need to superchlorinate pool to burn off CAC and when chlorine concentration reaches 3.0ppm, can re-open hot tub.
402  Critical Inadequate pH controls
Observation: pH too low. pH was 6.5 which can be corrosie to recirculation system and an irritant to mucous membranes. It must be no less than 7.4. .
417   Inadequate maintenance of pool equipment
Observation: Flow rate meter not working. Required to clean meter or replace so that turnover rate can be monitored. Turnover should be every 2 hours, with a flow of 8GPM.

Observation: No basket in skimmer. should be replaced to collect large debris and help protect pump.
